If you're not fully satisfied with our product for some reason, don't worry, simply contact our customer service team for a refund or a replacement. Please refer to the following return policies.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
If there is any need to modify or cancel orders, please contact the Customer Service team within 6 hours after placing the order. An extra charge will be generated to match price differences. For any request for modification or cancellation over 6 hours, please check the chart below includes additional charges. Since all the lenses are customized by the prescription offered, free cancellation/modification is not provided for prescription glasses after 6 hours.

30-Day Return
From the date that you receive the glasses, you have 30 days to contact us if you want to return the eyeglasses for some reason.
If there is inappropriate selection during the order, or you just dislike the glasses, you can return them for a 30% refund (excluding shipping) to your PayPal account (excluding shipping).
If you think it's a manufacturing error, after confirmation, we'll remake the eyeglasses for you without charge, or provide 100% refund to your credit or debit card or PayPal account (excluding shipping).
6 Months Frame Warranty
We offer a 6 months frame warranty since you receive the eyeglasses. If there is any defect in materials or workmanship, we guarantee your frames and will repair or replace the product at no charge. But we're not responsible for man-made damage caused by breakage, falling down or improper care, etc.
How To Return Your Glasses?
1. Contact our customer service team via support@zeeglasses.com to approve the return.
2. Securely pack your glasses and leave a note including the information of your name, order number, e-mail address that you used to place the order, reasons for the return. The eyeglasses have to remain in its original condition as received.
3. Ship the eyeglasses by a reliable Express company and tell us the tracking number to follow up.
4. After receiving your return, we will refund to your payment account within 3 working days. Normally the bank may need 7 to 10 working days to process this refund before you receive.
